Have managed retail store construction / multiple constructions in various territories and successfully opened the stores. Full understanding of reading architectural plans Able to work on Auto cad with the plans Have a good repertoire with existing contractors and able to bring new contractors to the table Proven track record of on-time completion of work Has a good understanding of permits, codes etc. in the gulf countries (Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait and Qatar). Able to travel. Must be able to speak English.
