Job Responsibilities: Must be an ISO 9001: 2008 certified internal auditor from a reputed firm / organization. Work with managers in reviewing and updating policies and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance and quality is followed. Investigate all variances / deviations that are normally threatening the integrity of delivery, assessment, which would result in adverse effects or cases of financial damage or administrative hassle. Shall have an agreement with managers during audit and seek action as per agreed timescales. Should be able to support the organization in achieving the quality awards in due support of external quality consultant.  Recommend suitable certifications to the organization based on the market research and suggest options relevant to the industry. Should have done the process re-design without re-inventing the wheel.  Knowledge of UAE labour laws would be an added advantage. Location: Dubai.
