Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University with internationally recognized professional credentials in Project Management.
Min 10 years experience in Project Management of large projects with a high concentration in Contract Administration and site supervision experience. Fully conversant with computer system, mainly management software such as Primavera and Microsoft Projects (with international certificates). Minimum three (3) years working in GCC.
2. Resident Engineer
Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University

3. Sr. Electrical Engineer
Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University. Minimum 12 years experience from established Electrical Engineering Consultants in
Building Projects in design and supervision, with minimum 5 years experience in GCC.
4. Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University. Minimum 12 years experience from established Engineering Consultants in
Building Projects in design and supervision, with minimum 5 years experience in GCC.
5. Planning Engineer
B.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering discipline with certification in planning and scheduling of projects and in using Primavera applications (Primavera Project
Management/P6 and Primavera Contract Management /Expedition) and cost engineering with minimum 10 years experience 3 of which should be in a similar role with engineering consultancy or project management consultancy. Familiarity with the techniques for schedule impact analysis
6. Quantity Surveyor (Chartered)
Chartered Quantity Surveyor with RICS membership
Minimum fifteen (10) years pre & post-contract experience Fully conversant with international & local General Conditions of Contract and Standard Method of Measurement, QCS and possess working knowledge in
Variation Orders and Cost Analysis/Claims & FIDIC, etc….
7. Document Controller
HND or Diploma in BA/Management or engineering degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience as document controller
