1.DRAUGHTSMAN

 Preparing all drawings and tabulations related to tower crane and hoists section but not limited to layout, configuration and climbing details of high rise equipment. Compiling competitive method statements in coordination with the respective engineer. Preparing other engineering drawings as per requirement of Plant Division. Experience required 4 to 6 years of experience (out of which 2 years min in GCC).

2.STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Preparing of Structural Models based on Design Drawings. Extract Quantities. Preparing of Structural Shop Drawings based on Design Drawings. Co-ordinate with MEP and Architectural and clash detections. Raising the RFI’s for clarification and revisions related to the Design Drawing and Clashes between different disciplines.

    Skills

    B.Sc in Civil Engineering.

    4 to 6 years of experience (out of which 2 years min in GCC)

    Able to read and understand Structural, Arch. and Builders Work Drawings

     Proficiency in AUTOCAD and working experience in BIM Software is an advantage
    Experience in Micro Station and Bentley Rebar will be considered / optional.

3. FIRST AID NURSE    

MALE NURSE WITH DHA LICENSE
 3 - 5 years experience in Building construction work environment.

4.PLANT ADMINISTRATOR

Maintaining proper asset records, invoicing and billing & correspondence. Required experience 8 years out of which 3 years relevant to construction fleet administration.

    Skills
    Experience in construction fleet administration.
    Diploma/Bachelor Degree qualified.
    Good Command in English.

 

5.PLANT ENGINEER (Mobile Construction)

    Skills
    Hands on experience in repairs and maintenance of mobile construction equipment.
    Very good command of written and spoken English.
    Age: 28 to 32 years old.
    Min Experience: with 5 years experience.
    Min Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

6.PLANT ENGINEER (Tower Crane)   

   SKILLS
    Hands on experience in erection and maintenance of tower cranes on     construction sites.
    Very good command of written and spoken English
    Age: 28 to 32 years old.
    Min Experience: with 5 years experience.
    Min Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

 7. PLANT MANAGER

    Skills
    Ability to work in environment of high pressure
    Very commanding Personality
    High command of written and spoken English.
    Age: 38 to 45 years old.
    Min Experience: Min 15 years experience in tower cranes and construction machinery out of which are 10 years in GCC.
    Min Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
