1.Sous Chef  

 Qatar Aircraft Catering Company is looking for 5 Star Sous Chefs to assist the Executive Sous Chef in all aspects of Kitchen Operations. You should effectively roaster all staff working under you to ensure meals are prepared as per HACCP guidelines and delivered on time with the highest standards. You will be accountable for future planning of your section in all aspects of raw materials, manpower, system requirements etc. You will be responsible for ensuring that all shifts are well manned to enable smooth operation and meals produced are as per passenger loads and any balances are managed effectively to minimise wastage.

Standard recipes of all dishes prepared must be maintained in the system and any changes should be updated immediately with assistance of Production ERP team. All work orders must be closed in the system by shifts, as per the guidelines. Plan and supervise the operations of 40 chefs to ensure timely production of meals. Assist Executive Sous chef during menu presentations, forecast requirements of the sections for upcoming cycles together with stores to ensure availability of raw materials and avoid any possible wastage due to excess stocks. Continuously check the quality of raw materials being received in the kitchen and highlight any quality issues to the Purchasing Department for corrective action.

 
Minimum Qualification:
The ideal candidate must have a culinary education background. Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management/Catering and a Certification in HACCP. You should be fluent in English and Computer Literate (MS Office).
Minimum Experience:
You must hold a minimum 4 years experience in a Supervisory chef position in Air Catering unit/Hotel Industry. Preferably worked as a Jr. Sous Chef for atleast 1 year.

2.Light Duty Driver -Transport 

You will be responsible for delivering additional food to the aircrafts (increase in meals). You will also responsible for delivering the food for crew training, Amiri, and to private aircrafts.
You have to be technically qualified to drive Light vehicle inside the airport or outside as per the unit requirements. Should have total adherence to Safety and Security Regulations while driving unit vehicles. Full knowledge and adherence of HACCP Policy of the catering unit is mandatory.  

Person: You should have primary level education desirable with proficiency in written spoken English.You should have 3-4 years experience in driving Light vehicles with good HACCP knowledge and ramp safety awareness.

3.Ware Washing Supervisor

 On this role, you will be responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals; achieves the same by managing the resources like manpower, machines etc, defining the work process and effectively implementing them in the shift.
You requires to analyses the technical needs of cleaning and washing, trains the subordinates and supervises both processing activities and staff in accordance with company policies and procedures

About You:
The ideal candidate should be high school passed with diploma in cleaning and housekeeping is an added advantage.
You should have minimum of 5 years work experience as a housekeeping/Dishwashing in-charge in a star category hotel/catering industry.  You should have an advance level working knowledge of chemical handling and commercial cleaning/dishwashing.
Good knowledge of computer applications is mandatory.

4.Transport Supervisor

About Your Job:
You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the QACC transport fleet, training of Drivers and Loaders, and the adherence to Ramp Safety Procedures. To manages VR investigation, overtime and vacation management, deputizes for the Duty Officer and in his absence.
You will be required to conduct a training program is in place for all staff, drivers and loaders to develop their skills and ensure best practice. Manages the process and procedures of Transport department and all Transport and Ramp safety training, accident reporting and vehicle safety checks.

About You:
You should have minimum 5 years of experience with Flight Catering units with specific knowledge of airport ramp operations, vehicle maintenance and safety regulations. Should have experience in all Transport areas includes Ramp Safety, Trainings, Rostering experience and Flexible working approach.  
You should be Graduate, holding Security/ Ramp awareness Certificate is desirable. Fluent in reading, writing, speaking English, should be computer literate.

5.Training Manager 

About Your Job: Selected candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, design, delivery, management and continuous improvement of operations training and development for Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC).
Working with senior management team, align training and development with operational and stakeholders requirements as well as QACC aims.  Responsible for implementing initiatives to ensure that QACC is compliant with the relevant international and national standards set for maintaining an operationally effective Flight Catering unit. Responsible for imparting Training to all QACC Staff
About You: Candidate should hold Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 to 2 years training management and delivery experience within the aviation/hospitality industry.
He/She holds 2 to 3 years customer service management experience in high volume environment with 1 to 2 years training management and delivery experience within the aviation/hospitality industry.
 
Candidate should have strong strategic planning skills, excellent training design and delivery skills. Should have ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with other stakeholders
